Every person at the firm with access to IOMI counts as one agent. Every plan includes the catalogue of verified properties, listing requests, offers, reservations by promissory contract, viewings, buyer management and export to your CRM. You can pay for 1, 3, 6 or 12 months at once; with annual payment, 2 months are free.

- Half price for 12 months. After that period, you pay 50% of the list price for a year.
- The discount grows with the team. Agents you add during that year also pay half.

- Pioneer badge. The firm is identified as an IOMI Pioneer to owners, in listing requests and when exclusivity is chosen.

Credits included every month.
The basic information of every active property is included in the plan. To see the exact address, the documents and all the photographs, the firm opens the property's full file with credits, depending on the asking price. The owner's contact details are only shared with their authorisation, for that property and that firm.
The plan's credits are used first and expire at the end of each month. If you need more, you buy extra credits, which do not expire while the account is active.

Exclusivity: the owner chooses.
When the owner accepts exclusivity requests, firms request it with their own terms. The request's credits are held. The owner compares the requests, with each firm's track record on IOMI, and chooses one, or none.
Only the chosen agency pays, when the owner confirms the brokerage contract on the platform; the other agencies' credits are released. Exclusivity costs more credits because it closes the property to other agencies. A non-exclusive listing uses no credits beyond the full record.

Off-market accreditation
Off-market: accredited agencies only.
Owners with the IOMI Portfolio, Gold or Platinum, can sell without a listing. Only accredited agencies see those properties, without the address.
An off-market listing request follows the exclusivity rules and costs the same credits as the "Exclusive" column: the credits are held and only the chosen agency pays, when the owner confirms the brokerage agreement. The others get their credits back.
During the launch phase, accreditation has no cost beyond the subscription. If that changes, the price will be announced at least 30 days in advance and never applies to a period already paid.

- AMI licence active for at least 3 years
- At least 10 completed sales in the last 3 years, with proof
- Own buyers and channels to reach them without a public listing
- Written undertaking not to publish or disclose off-market properties
For owners: selling is free.
Registering and selling properties on IOMI costs nothing, however many you have. For the properties you want to keep off the market, with local prices for each one, there is the IOMI Portfolio.

Without an active plan, stored properties remain read-only. Local prices are statistical references and do not replace a valuation. The Portfolio is for properties you own or legally represent; managing third-party properties as a business requires a professional account.
Launch prices for professionals, excluding VAT, which is added at the legal rate. The application always shows the current price before each request. Credits included in the plan are only used to open property files; exclusivity requests and off-market listing requests use purchased credits. Payment by bank transfer or MB WAY; the subscription and purchased credits become available once payment is confirmed.
